DevOps Developer (remote)

Seeking a server side admin developer who can manage and maintain Courial's servers. You will be responsible for ensuring the security, performance, availability, and functionality of the server applications and systems. Job duties and responsibilities to include:

 

  • Design and implement DevOps solutions that support our software development process

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Travis CI

  • Configure and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS Cloud

  • Implement containerization using Docker or Kubernetes

  • Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to ensure high availability and performance

  • Collaborate with development teams to optimize the software delivery process

  • Respond to on-call (24/7 rotating shifts) incidents and be available for inquiries from staff, management, and vendors

  • Design and implement automated testing, deployment, and monitoring solutions

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in DevOps and cloud infrastructure
     

You also need to have strong knowledge and skills in various server technologies, such as:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred

  • At least 4 years of experience in DevOps engineering

  • Strong understanding of DevOps methodologies and tools

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

  • Experience in BCP (Business Contunity Plan) and DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan) in master-master or master-slave

  • Experience in AWS Service such as (EC2, EBS, S3, SNS, VPC, RDS, Elastic Cache, Cloudwatch, IAM, Cloudtrails, KMS, Marketplace, ELB, Route 53, Cloudfront, ACM, Secret Manager, SSM, Autoscaling, Organization, Code Deploy, Inspector)

  • Experience in web servers (apache2 & Nginx) installation and tunning with languages such as PHP, node

  • Experience in windows servers AD (Active Directory) groups, roles, policy, etc.

  • Experience in ISO (international Standard for Organization) 27001 documentation

  • Experience in CDN (Content Delivery Network) or DNS (Domain Network Service) tools such as Cloudflare

  • Experience in source code software integration with projects such as Bitbucket

  • Experience in project management software integration with projects such as Jira

  • Experience in email delivery software integration with projects such as Sendgrid.

  • Experience in local infrastructure management such as networks, firewalls, VLans, Switch, access point, Esxi, vSphere, desktop, laptop, printers, etc.

  • Experience in monitoring and incidents management software integration with projects such as cloudwatch and squadcast

  • Have a working knowledge of Linux, Bash Scripting (7/10), Python Scripting (7/10)

  • Ability to present and communicate the architecture in a visual form

  • Experience in Configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet, etc.

  • Experience in Architecture Automation tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.

  • Experience in APM (Application Performance Monitoring) tools such as NewRelic, etc.

VP of Sales (remote)

Seeking a senior executive to oversee the sales and be responsible for developing and implementing our sales strategies, managing sales operations, and leading the sales team. Duties and responsibilities to include:

 

  • Setting sales goals and quotas for the company and the sales team

  • Creating and managing the sales budget and forecasting sales revenue

  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges

  • Developing and implementing sales plans and policies to achieve sales objectives

  • Recruiting, training, coaching, and evaluating the performance of the sales staff

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders

  • Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and finance, to align sales strategies with the company's vision and goals

  • Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and media outlets

 

We are looking for strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. You also need to have extensive knowledge of the Courial's products or services, the competitive landscape, and customer needs. Additionally, you need to have the following qualifications:

 

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

  • A master's degree or an MBA is preferred.

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry or market.

  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing market share.

  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies, plans, and policies.

  • Experience in leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing sales team.

  • Experience in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage sales operations and data.

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills.

 

VP of Marketing (remote)
Seeking a senior executive who oversees the marketing department for Courial and is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing marketing operations, and leading the marketing team. Duties and responsibilities to include:

 

  • Developing and executing the marketing vision, strategy, plans, and processes that will drive sales, increase revenue, expand markets, and accomplish financial objectives.

  • Identifying and evaluating new markets, partners, channels, and customers that align with Courial's services, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

  • Creating and managing the marketing budget and forecasting sales revenue.

  • Analyzing marketing data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.

  • Developing and implementing sales plans and policies to achieve marketing objectives.

Our Head of Engineering would be a senior executive who oversees Courial's technology and is responsible for developing and implementing technology strategies, managing technology operations, and leading the technology team.
The Head of Engineering's job description and qualifications would include the following:

 

  • Developing and executing the technology vision, strategy, plans, and processes that will drive the company's goals and objectives.

  • Identifying and evaluating new technologies, markets, partners, channels, and customers that align with the company's products or services, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

  • Creating and managing the technology budget and forecasting technology revenue and expenses.

  • Analyzing technology data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.

  • Developing and implementing technology policies and standards to ensure security, quality, efficiency, and compliance.

  • Recruiting, training, coaching, and evaluating the performance of the technology staff.

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key technology stakeholders, such as customers, partners, vendors, regulators, and media.
