DISPATCH COORDINATOR (Remote/Full Time)
A dispatch coordinator oversees the dispatching of Courials nationwide. As a dispatch coordinator, your job duties include tracking where Courials are located and communicating information over company phone and/or text messages. Other duties include answering operation calls and dispatching Courials to deliver products or perform services. You will also schedule routes, and may need to keep track of driving time to ensure safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure as well as excellent multitasking skills.
This position also requires excellent communication skills and advance knowledge of MicroSoft Office.
You should have at least a high school diploma or GED certificate.
Communication:
Able to work effectively with all functions across the company, with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with staff at all levels of the organization.
Leadership:
Able to demonstrate problem resolution skills.
Demonstrates ability to work with a variety of groups including management, creative, executives and hourly work force.
Demonstrate the highest level of ethics and integrity.

JUNIOR SALES ASSOCIATE (Remote / Full Time)
The primary responsibility of the Junior Sales Associate is promoting and selling the Courial experience to potential B2B customers nationwide, providing superior customer services in order to grow sales, profitability and meet financial goals. Other duties include complying with Courial business standards, polices and procedure and developing advanced product knowledge. Position comes with great opportunity to work for a fast growing startup with potential for increased equity and management role based on performance.
Job Duties:
Ensure Courial company policies, procedures, brand and service standards are fulfilled for each customer and their Courial experience is met or exceeded.
Provide courteous service to all customers in accordance.
Create a positive environment for all customers, staff and all vendors.
Provide expert and positive information about Courial to the customers.
Meet selling goals by closing sales and meeting conversion goals.
Conduct customer appointments for each customer on time including follow up.
Partner with supervisor to address customer issues or opportunities in a timely and productive way.
Resolve any issues, in a timely manner and productive solution is achieved.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Some sales experience preferred
