Payroll Schedule Change

I am writing to inform you about a change in our payroll schedule that will affect the timing of deposits hitting your banks until we complete integration of our new payroll system. This integration is taking longer than expected, which means payroll will not hit your bank accounts until the following Wednesday.

 

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our systems and processes, we are in the process of implementing a more secure payroll system. 

 

We hoped that this delay would only last a few weeks, but it will take much long, so for now this will be our new payroll cadence.

We understand the importance of timely compensation, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
