I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you about a change in our payroll schedule that will affect the timing of deposits hitting your banks over the next two weeks.

 

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our systems and processes, we are in the process of implementing a more secure payroll system. This new system will enable us to release payroll on Wednesdays of each week, providing a more consistent and efficient payment schedule for our Courials.

 

Due to the transition to this new system, there will be a slight delay in the processing of payroll for the next two weeks. I want to assure you that this delay is temporary, and we expect to resume our regular payroll schedule shortly thereafter, which will then be on Wednesdays instead of Fridays.

 

Please note that your paychecks will be delayed by a couple of days during this period. So expect your next pay check to hit your bank next Monday, 22 April 2024 and the following pay check will hit on Monday, 29 April.

We understand the importance of timely compensation, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Rest assured that every effort is being made to expedite the transition process and minimize any disruption.
